Returns
Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.
Non-Custom Products: For non-custom products, you may return the item within [15] days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in processing the exchange and ensure that you receive the desired item promptly.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you.
